Pierce Builders is looking for a passionate, skilled and dependable professional with a construction management background to join and add value to our team. A field operations manager should have the ability to support, facilitate and manage the crew on site, as well as ensure coordination and communication amongst subcontractors on site, assure proper progress of the project, and find solutions to any problems that may arise. Participate in project meetings as necessary and oversee site safety. Effective leadership skills and at least 5 years experience preferred.
